On Sunday Michael bought the Broadway Cast Recording of The Little Mermaid, the new musical on Broadway. Since then I have been listening to it non-stop. It has all the great songs from the film and some really great new ones.The only negative thing I have to say is, that, I still have a preference for the actress who did Ursala's voice in the film rather than musical. Her deep raspy vocals just made Ursala sound even more villainous.
Otherwise I think the music is great, and I would really love to see the whole thing on stage. Here are some of my favorite songs:
